Everything your fans want to buy, beautifully presented. The HotLizard platform organises products into intuitive hierarchies — Kits, Training, Lifestyle — with seasonal collections like "2025/26 Season" and "Retro" ranges.

Displaying Products

Clubs can feature products, bringing the spotlight to new arrivals and key lines with hero banners, featured carousels, "New In" badges, and "Back in Stock" indicators to drive engagement. All products listed can have multiple product images with zoom gallery, variant-specific photography, and alt text for accessibility. First impressions matter.

Range of Products

Ensuring the retail experience is first-class, the HotLizard platform offers a size / colour matrix with variant-specific pricing, stock levels, and imagery. Integrated size guides help fans choose correctly. To help get users to their ideal product, a full-text search with auto-complete is available, plus filters by category, price, size, colour, and availability. Sort by price, popularity, or newest.

Personalisation

Personalisation is important. Shirt printing (name & number), badge additions, squad selection, and content filtering — with configurable rules per user, is available.

Pre-Orders

Capture demand before stock arrives — perfect for new kit launches. The HotLizard platform enables clubs to mark any product as "Pre-Order" with an expected availability date. Optional caps on total pre-orders and per-customer limits keep demand manageable.

Payment Options

Offering your users payment flexibility is important. Full payment at time of order (default), with optional authorisation-hold model — charge only when the item ships. This can be configured to reflect your club's offerings.

Split shipments are available, where mixed carts with in-stock and pre-order items allows customers choose: hold everything for one delivery, or split shipment (with optional surcharge).

Bundles and Promotions

Clubs can create pre-configured bundles such as "Full Kit" bundles (Shirt + Shorts + Socks) with dedicated imagery, combined pricing, and clear savings displayed. Availability periods let you time bundles to kit launches or seasonal events.

Various promotional offers can be set up on all or specific products across the platform, including using vouchers and promo codes. Clubs can set start/end dates for promotions, run flash sales, and apply exclusion rules — exclude pre-order items or gift cards from specific offers.
